A founder-led SaaS concept that bundled scheduling, intake forms, and payments into one tool for small service businesses. Over two months, founder Rafi Saddiqi brought me in to take it from a verbal idea to a fully-designed product — UX research, end-to-end flows, and a complete UI system ready for build.
From vision to designed product
Took a founder's brief and shaped it into a fully-mapped product with screens, flows, and a coherent system a development team could pick up and build.
End-to-end UX, from research to UI
Mapped flows for both sides of the platform (business owners configuring services, customers booking them), benchmarked competitors, and translated findings into a polished interface, not just screens in isolation.
A reusable design foundation
Built a component library and UI system that scaled across booking, forms, and payment modules. No two screens started from scratch.
